Hello Brides-to-be, I’m Courtney, your wedding planner and magic maker over at Perfectly Planned Weddings! I’m SO excited to make your wedding vision come to life! I love everything about your wedding day. From planning your wedding day timeline to the first time you see your venue, I’d love to be there throughout the entire process. I have a niche for details and believe in color-coordinated closets. After being in management for over 10 years, I am now living my dream job! I have a sweet, rambunctious toddler named Winley, and love spending free time with family and friends. I’m a Believer, checklist maker, Target lover, and enjoy a little coffee with my cream and sugar! I can’t wait to meet you and plan the wedding of your dreams!

What is the wedding experience?
After we receive your inquiry on your website we will email you back to meet with you for a consult and discuss your big day! We want to hear everything, from how you met your husband-to-be to your wedding day Pinterest boards. We then work with you to create a custom package. From helping you with your rehearsal dinner to confirming all your vendors we do it all. We set up, tear down, return items, manage vendor tips, and make sure your entire wedding experience is something that you’ll remember for the rest of your life.
Are wedding planners expensive?
Wedding planners are THE BEST investment you will make on your wedding day. And believe it or not but we are one of your least expensive vendors for the day, and one of the only ones that are here to work with your budget!
When should you book a wedding planner?
The sooner the better. We ideally like to be there as early in the planning process as possible. This allows us to see your vision from the very beginning and help put all the pieces together, this way we know every detail like the back of our hand. We typically book about a year out.
What is your favorite part about your job?
I love wedding day! Planning all the details and making your vision come to life is what I live for. But best of all, seeing the Brides face when she sees her venue just makes me have all the feels! When you get to see someone having the best day of their life, and know you helped make that happen, that is what it is all about!
Tips for brides
- Have a first look! First looks are so intimate and the best time to spend time with your husband-to-be before the wedding festivities. They also make your day run SO much smoother!
- Don’t settle on a date, be flexible with the venues. Sometimes Brides will get so caught up on a date that they lose out on their dream venue or wedding vision.
- Make a list of all important photography shots and family member groupings. This will help your family portraits run so much faster so you can return to your party!
- Plan for alone time with your husband after the ceremony or during the reception. This is YOUR wedding day and it goes by so fast. Enjoy every second of it and plan time for it to set in, you’re married!
- Hire a wedding planner. If you don’t have a planner, you, or a loved one will be missing out on the importance of enjoying this special day. Leave it to the experts
