Fall Engagement at Prairie Oaks Metro Park
Hilliard, Ohio
When I first met with Veronica, we met over coffee at Starbucks and chatted about her wedding details! She was so excited to be marrying Patrick! She also had a lot going on in her life. Planning a wedding and working on closing a new home, these two definitively had their hands full! She literally was in the process of moving, closing on their current home, and trying to nail down all of her wedding vendors! If wedding planning isn’t overwhelming by itself! Right?!
She was so excited to have her engagement session with Patrick and get their Save The Dates sent out to their family and friends! She wanted their engagement session to be outside for sure! Both her and Patrick love the outdoors and their favorite things to do are fishing and being out on the water.
Veronica and Patrick decided to have their engagement session at Prairie Oaks Metro Park in Hilliard, Ohio. This was the perfect location for this couple. Prairie Oaks has both gorgeous nature trails as well as a lake!
We met for their engagement session on a chilly Fall day at sunset. Even though it was cold, the grasses and Fall trees were absolutely stunning and SO worth it! There’s something about dried fall grasses that I absolutely love! The way the sunlight hits them truly feels like they’re fields of gold. We had so much fun exploring the park’s fields, lakes, and trails. Patrick and Veronica were pros at braving the cold! The pictures are absolutely adorable!! I can’t wait to see these two lovebirds get hitched this year! Congratulations to Veronica and Patrick on your engagement! Thank you so much for allowing me to capture your engagement session! <3
