My Wedding Day Emergency Kit, A Wedding Day Must!

My Emergency Kit

A wedding day must

My wedding day emergency kit is just as important as my camera gear on wedding days! I started to notice things that people forgot or didn’t even think about to bring on a wedding day. That inspired me to create my wedding day emergency kit! I seriously use this for EVERY wedding. I’ve even had to restock items every 2-3 weddings! This not only helps make the wedding day run smoother but it truly shows your brides that you want their day to be absolutely perfect. Serving and pouring into your brides is the MOST important gift to give to your couples. I want to be remembered by not just having beautiful photos but by serving my couples and making them feel special on a huge milestone in their life. Here are the emergency essentials I carry in my emergency kit:

  • A full-sized sewing kit with extra safety pins
  • Scissors
  • Tissues
  • Lotion
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Double-Sided Tape
  • Band-Aids
  • Eye Lash Glue
  • Advil & Tylenol
  • Mints
  • Shout Wipes
  • A Silver Command Hook
  • Wooden Hangers
  • A Lint Roller
  • Bobby Pins
  • Hair Spray
  • Tampons
  • Lip Gloss and Lip Gloss Disposable Sticks
  • A Crochet Hook
  • A Step Stool
  • Gloves
  • Extra Outfit
  • Jacket
  • Umbrella

The top items that I use for every wedding are the bobby pins, the sewing kit (mainly safety pins in different sizes), and wedding hangers! Most of these items fit into a little travel bag. I am sure to throw this in my camera bag and take this wherever we go on a wedding day! It truly is a lifesaver! I’d love to hear any items that you find important on wedding days, I’m always trying to add to my kit!
