I had so much fun throughout Lauren and Noah’s wedding process. From their dreamy engagement session at Vanderbilt to a final venue walkthrough, with Jeni’s ice cream, of course, the week of their wedding, everything was filled with so much love.
Lauren and Noah met through mutual friends in college their freshman year, but sparks started flying during our sophomore year. They lived in the same part of campus and Lauren was staffing a retreat Noah went on and was assigned to his small group.
After the small group, Lauren was looking for a date to formal and thought he was a really nice guy and decided to ask him. They couldn’t stop talking all night. When it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be!
Noah popped the question, where it all began back at their alma mater. Noah had Lauren’s maid of honor invite her to Nashville for the CMA Festival and planned an elaborate surprise with both of their parents and his best friend flying in for the occasion. He had Lauren’s friends bring her to Vanderbilt under the guise of taking photos on campus before dinner and was waiting for her in her favorite building on campus. With all their friends and family hiding in the wings above, Noahpopped the question, and Lauren of course, said YES!
Lauren and Noah’s wedding day was a fairytale. They were married at Covenant Presbyterian Church on the most gorgeous summer day. They had originally planned their dream wedding but had to shift plans due to Covid. These two handled the plan change with so much grace, and honestly, their day couldn’t have been any better. It was truly perfect. From the ceremony to the dreamy sunset, everything just flowed. They followed with an intimate reception at Ruby and a fun Jeni’s icecream exit!
Congratulations to Lauren and Noah on your marriage. Wishing you all the love and happiness and I can’t wait to celebrate with you again next year!
