The one thing that I love about Zola’s wedding planning timeline is that it isn’t overwhelming. I know that sounds so simple, but sometimes wedding planning checklists feel either too detailed or that they will never end. Am I right?! It’s so nice to have a set number of reasonable tasks to accomplish each month.
I also love that Zola’s timeline breaks down each task and explain the best way to tackle it. When I was planning my own wedding, I felt like a checklist item seemed simple, but I still had no idea where to begin or how to accomplish that task. For example, every wedding resource will tell you to stay organized. However, Zola’s timeline spells out how to stay organized. They recommend creating a binder or folder to keep track of thoughts, ideas, receipts, and your wedding to-do list. They also say to start with a budget document to add to your binder and update it throughout the planning process. It’s simple, realistic, and so manageable!
Lastly, these timelines are amazingly detailed. They don’t miss anything!! From taking the time to celebrate the planning process wins to reminding you to take time off of work, everything is planned out perfectly.
